"Well that's just the way of things"
Oh boy, gmail has crashed multiple times just before getting to this point already, so this may be a shorter email.
We had a good week. We got another Elder in our companionship, Elder Johnson. He was serving in Fiji and then got reassigned here. So we've got three different languages in our companionship between the three of us (plus English, of course).
We've done some missionary work as well (frik it just crashed again) and seen some successes. We've been able to talk to some nice folk, and even had a fun little trip down to the tenderloin to drop off a Book of Mormon. I've never been offered drugs so many times in my life in what amounted to a 20 minute walk around the tendies. It's fun, though.
Good times indeed.
Another thing was we had some lessons, one rather interesting one involved a guy who was concerned about cultist activity in his neighborhood. Great times.
Anyway, I don't know what it is but it's crashed a few more times already which is making things rather slow, so I may just end off there. I'm not sure why I've been experiencing such technical difficulties, but that's the way of things I suppose.
Bye.
P.S. Basset horn
P.P.S. We met a nice lady at safeway this morning, so that was fun.
P.P.P.S. The good old days of Hayward.
